saw this the other day.. felt that it is quite true.. i feel that it is because man really do underestimate woman at times. is it a trait inbuilt into them that woman will always me the weaker sex? men claim that it is an equal world outside. but is it really true. deep down inside, do they really see us as an equal or only in certain issues such as, when we have to open our own doors... haha..

I did something really really stupid.. i submitted my cover letter but i didnt feel in the blank for the company's name. so it looks like this "< fill in company's name >" in my cover letter, and its in RED!!! and i have submitted it already.. i really feel like banging my head on the table at that moment. anyway, we decided to have our dinner at vivocity since we area already at harbourfront then walk around before we head home since we are already dressed nicely, what for waste.. haha.. we went to white dog cafe and we were seated by the transparent pane!!! i so wanted to sit there the first time we went there during valentines but they were all reserved. so i took several photos this time..



the name of this dish is : PS I love you. so sweet right.. anyway, its tiger prawns and scallops wrapped in bacon. love it!!! will be going back again for more!

we shopping later and i finally bought a concealer as i really cannot tahan my eye bags.. they look disgusting.. haha... its a dual concealer from TheFaceShop. $26.90
The stick concealer at the top and the liquid concealer at the bottom.. so cool right..



and i found my weirdo photos that i took when i had to take photos for my registration of my course 2 years ago. i was confused as to when will the machine take my pic so i was staring at it, with my eyes open wide.... dear was laughing over my pic that time.. and the other one i was looking at the monitor below...

i won a pair of complimentary 2-day concert passes to Concert in the Park 2008. Actually, i don recognise the names of the performers at all, but nevertheless, i am still very excited over my win. Here is my thank you speech.

Firstly, I would like to thank nightlife.sg for picking ME as one of the 10 winners. can u imagine the odds of me winning the passes?!?!? Secondly, i would like to thank alicia for the luck that helped me to win the passes. Thirdly, i would like to thank my parents.. i know its a little odd.. but don't everyone thank their parents?? Fourthly, i would like to thank my dear dear for agreeing to go to the concert with me!! we might not stay the whole time or even on both days but i will enjoy his company so much!! this will be our 2nd concert together! Lastly, for course, i would have to thank myself as i took the time to actually take part in the concert!!

anyway, my luck didnt just end there...i received an email from cozycot saying this:

Remember, i said that i worked for a day at Robinsons some time ago for $80. yesterday, prisia sms me to tell me that there is a mistake in the pay.. It is actually $8 per hour, so it adds up to $64 for one day of work. Seriously, it is such a waste of my time. I thought that it was $80 so it will be so worthwhile for me to not work my part-time admin job that day that offers $7 per hour. my part-time admin job only requires me to sit at my table and do paperwork. I don think i will be taking it up again because it is kinda tiring to me.

these are my haul when i went to the john little sale with my mum some time ago. Trick when I am broke - go shopping with my mum, because she will be paying. haha..
